Ahh, that's the difference. I'm running it from ./cocoon/trunk/cocoon-deployer/
... seems to be a bug either in M2 in general or in the Castor plugin in
particular :-(
So you mean Cocoon's full build should be run from the cocoon-deployer
directory? How so?
No, that's not possible. I mean that the cocoon-deployer build currently only
works as stand-alone build if called from "cocoon/trunk/cocoon-deployer" and
does *not* work for a full build.
I'd suggest to exclude the cocoon-deployer from the full build pom.xml for now.
