Why? If they know their name is going to show up in the list
every week, it might encourage them to get round to applying (or
rejecting) the patch sooner... Otherwise, if someone takes
ownership but then for whatever reason never gets round to it,
the patch could languish in JIRA indefinitely.
It is not the case: the assignee is not shown. So yes, another
possibility is to add the assignee in the list.
Then why the issue is assigned an not fixed yet? ;-)
