An installation procedure for this version of Cocoon is difficult to
find anywhere online, especially for use with Tomcat 5 or later.
There's nothing special about deploying Cocoon in web server, that's why
this document never has been updated. But it arose from a time where the
web servers behave very differently and where you needed different
instructions for different environments.
