I've no idea about the properties, I just copied it from the existing code in 
the generator.  The only change I made was to differentiate between feature and 
property settings and call setFeature or setProperty as appropriate.  If what 
you say is correct, then the generator has been broken for some time now...

There's no open issues with the Neko generator, but I suppose that doesn't 
necessarily mean there isn't a problem.  I'll take a look at it tomorrow if I 
have time; at worst it just needs the colons to be escaped.  Or maybe we should 
ask the original author about it - I believe from the SVN logs that was 
upayavira?
