I think they got lost :-(
... but for a skilled script programmer it shouldn't be too difficult to recover
them as they can be found in cocoon/attic/blocks/[block-name] and should be
copied into
cocoon/trunk/blocks/cocoon-[block-name]/cocoon-[block-name]-impl/status.xml.
The reason for putting them into the impl module is that I want to generate
documentation based on all impl modules and status.xml is certainly one of the
files that needs to be included.
