This one's fairly terse but IMHO it's a good thing - let people find
out exactly what it's about.

blocks would be a good thing and industry standard for Java
configurations.
There is already work on JMX management of OSGi,
http://ares.insa-lyon.fr/~sfrenot/projects.html#jmxosgi, maybe some of
it can be reused.
