[PATCH] AJAX errors' popup window not resizable/scrollable

The popup window raised by AJAX errors has no scrollbars and cannot be resized
(at least on Firefox) as of now.
This is really annoying for analyzing long stacktraces for example.
The included patch fixes this.
Note : 2.1.10-dev is probably also broken in this respect and fixed by this
patch, but I could not check, as I cannot find it through the Subversion web
interface (should not it be in
http://svn.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi/cocoon/branches/BRANCH_2_1_X/src/blocks/ajax/
