[2.2] CocoonTargetFactory.java missing?

Hi,

While trying to update cocoon 2.2 in forrest, I found this class is 
missing in the current code base:

o.a.c.util.log.CocoonTargetFactory.java

I am unable to find this file in the current trunk. The class is not 
deprecated in 2.1.x.

Can someone give me a hint about this class?
