Carsten, could you have a look at this - seems to be related to the
springification? To reproduce simply try adding a generator that doesn't exist
and then delete the <map:generator/> line again.

I will add cforms and template to cocoon-webapp as a starting point.
- a new samples overview page
I will take care of it.
