You're right, the demo is down.
According to

the jcr block causes the compile to fail, it should be disabled by
default.
Apparently your last change to blocks.properties is the cause, the jcr
block is now enabled. Fixing this (by disabling it again) should fix
the build, but I'm unable do it right now.
Thanks for pointing out this. It is fixed now on svn. Sorry for the
caused inconveniences. ;-)
