Helma van der Linden closed COCOON-1896.
----------------------------------------

    Resolution: Fixed

This is already done for the sendmail-action, the sendmailTransformer and now
the Sendmail Logicsheet. In the next update of the documentation on
cocoon.apache.org the info should be available.

Please note that there are some problems with updating the documentation site,
so please be patient.

If you find that after a few days the info is still not there, feel free to
open this issue again.

> Sendmail requires documentation on geronmio libraries

> Currently, if you want to use the sendmail action
> (http://cocoon.apache.org/2.1/userdocs/optional/sendmail-action.html), you
> must ensure that the geronimo-spec-javamail-*.jar and
> geronimo-spec-activation-*.jar are not bundled with your webapp. This is
> mentioned in wiki, but should be on the main website as it leads to strange
> behaviour (the email says it is sent successfully, but it is not sent at all).
> The same probably applies to the sendmail logicsheet
> (http://cocoon.apache.org/2.1/userdocs/logicsheets/sendmail.html).
