I should have been more precise, if you answer here on the list your
answer doesn't go into the Jira comments. It's when Jira sends an
email to you specifically (because you're the assignee or reporter,
for example) that the Return-Path: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> header causes
replies to go to Jira.

IIUC it uses the mail subject, parsing for things like COCOON-1647. If
you need more info, the best would be to ask on infrastructure add,
that's where Jeff Turner announced this change.
