Before we start changing directory structures, I think it makes sense to

vote.

The proposal is to use the following directory structure inside a block jar:

COB-INF - resources
META-INF/cocoon/xconf/**
META-INF/cocoon/spring/**
META-INF/cocoon/properties/**
