This patch includes:
1. Added functionality for storing and manipulating HTTP headers and status
code to the BlockCallHttpServletRequest and BlockCallHttpServletResponse
classes.
2. Implemented more methods from URLconnection that enable other classes to
obtain cache- and status-related informations. Also moved connection part to
the connect() method (following guidelines of URLconnection).
