Modified the sitemaptags2daisy tool so that documents are added to a block-dependent collection ("cdocs-" +
block name) instead of the fixed "documentation" collection. Also made it so that everything below
"core" gets assigned to the block "core" (rather than pipeline, sitemap, ...)
Thanks Bruno for your help! Now each module documentation can include "its"
sitemap component documents by using a query, e.g.
http://cocoon.zones.apache.org/daisy/cdocs-core/g9/Matcher/899.html.
