Currently a non-existing schema for http://cocoon.apache.org/schema/servlet is
being referenced in many places in Cocoon. It would be really helpful to have
such a schema (as we already reference to it).
Daniel, can you take care of creating it as you are original author of servlet
configuration syntax?
