org.apache.cocoon:cocoon-rcl-spring-reloader:jar:1.0.0-M1-SNAPSHOT
that's my fault: I forgot to add cocoon-rcl-spring-reloader to our build. I've
checked in a fix - sorry. Could you please try it again?
