it's always best to respond to the cocoon mailinglist, so everybody can
benefit from your question and the answer people are giving. You do not have
to download the entire cocoon jar, but you will need to have the cocoon poi
block jar. It can also be found in the maven 1 repository.
Try downloading the specific version for you cocoon from
http://repo1.maven.org/maven/cocoon/jars/
