Migrate cocoon-template from Avalon to Spring

We should migrate cocoon-template from Avalon to Spring for several reasons:
* migration to Spring is our long-term goal in general
* we could reduce cocoon-template block depedencies greatly and maybe even
completely remove dependency on cocoon-core
Second point is quite important because it would allow people to use
cocoon-template outside Cocoon.
