After doing a clean checkout and 
 
    mvn -Dmaven.test.skip=true -P allblocks install
  
    mvn jetty:run on webapp dir

the webapp does not launch at all, giving a 503 error on browser. The 
errors occurs in blocks "database" and "forms".
