I have fixed this issue in my own version of cocoon (based on 2.1.10)
some months ago. It would be nice if it could be merged into trunk.

Double-Listbox and Ajax, cocoon-2.2
Hi all
I know there's already an issue about this [1], but it's from the time
before cocoon used dojotoolkit for ajax.
It still doesn't seem to work with C2.2. Doesn anybody has either
already solved this for C2.2?
