I propose Thorsten Scherler as a new Cocoon committer and PMC member. Thorsten already has commit access to Cocoon by virtue of being a committer at Apache Lenya and Apache Forrest.
This will formalise his status at Cocoon and enable him to be a PMC member. Thorsten has been participating at the Cocoon dev and users mail lists since late 2002.
