Probably closing this issue: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/COCOON-2169 is a good start. ;-) Then I think the only missing puzzle is some committer that has some free cycles to cut the release.Mark, since it's you that seems to use this block. Could you find out if we have some documentation about it?
