Hi,Jeremy

I dig into the IE and firefox,I found "Content-Type:
application/x-www-form-urlencoded; charset=UTF-8" just can't work for tomcat
or resin.Under IE or chome,changing ajaxForm.js to Content-Type:
application/x-www-form-urlencoded; works. But under FF3,it always use
Content-Type: application/x-www-form-urlencoded; charset=UTF-8,so it never
works.

I tried in Tomcat and resin and many encoding combiniation, the same
result. So I guest maybe is cocoon's own problem or form's problem. Maybe you
should check it not under jetty.
