Yes I totally agree with you, before releasing it I personally would like to spent some effort on integrating the new latest components (XInclude, LinkRewriter, Log and LogAsXML) into the sitemap, this weekend I'm trying to do my best. Once these integration will be completed, then we should be able to release the alpha 3. Does it work for you?
