Actually till now there are no *sample blocks listed there. Not sure
whether Steven or Reinhard may know why.
Only guessing here:
The cocoon-all module is intended as a convenience maven dependency.
Adding the sample blocks to it would also add them to your own
deployment artifact, which is probably undesirable.
