This patch replaces
lib/core/jdtcore-3.1.0.jar
with
lib/core/org.eclipse.jdt.core_3.10.0.v20140902-0626.jar
which can be downloaded from [1] (and seems not ho have any licensing changes),
and also makes some minor adjustments.
