That would be optimal IMO. They all changed about a year ago when the
policy changed to not include the copyright notice. I have a feeling
Henri used a tool on commons "proper" - so hopefully they are all the
same. Anyway looks like proxy needs fixing for that (and the
NOTICE.txt file)
