I think I messed up my symbolic links. I named them commons-proxy-bin* rather than commons-proxy* for the binary distribution files. I have renamed them. Some of the mirrors are showing the *-bin files already. Will those disappear when they get synchronized and the new ones picked up? This release has really been a learning experience for me! :)
