Looks like its being caused by a bug in the taglist plugin - I've raised an issue ticket for it here: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MTAGLIST-31 Fortunately that plugin is only in commons-sandbox-parent (rather than commons-parent). We should release commons-sandbox-parent without that plugin to resolve this.
