Artifacts, sums and sigs I checked look OK, source builds.

Minor:
 * Copyright in notice says 2007 (not 2008?)
 * project.xml has currentversion 1.3-SNAPSHOT

Any interest in changing either of this?

Trivial:
 * The md5 files we generated with m1 were better (not a [jxpath] issue).
