release ever made. It should not be modified. Again, using commons-pool
as an example, every pool release should be on archive.

Do you know the approximative delay before the files are replicated to archive.apache.org ? (hours, days ?)

Generally, folks should be using the mirrors and just getting the
signatures from us. If people want sigs for older releases, archive is
better.
