Are the HEADER and README files in www.apache.org/dist/commons saved in SVN anywhere?
I just noticed that the top-level README.html had an incorrect link: http://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.cgi/apr/ which I corrected to http://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.cgi/commons/ on the site, but it would be good to get this updated in SVN too.
