I'm still hesitating on this matter. CLI2 was around for a very long time, I wonder if we'll really want to release another API labeled as CLI 2.0 someday. We might as well skip directly to CLI 3.0 to avoid any confusion.

In this case we could resolve the remaining CLI2 issues as "Won't Fix" and mark the 2.0 version in JIRA as "packaged". Thus they won't show up on the roadmap anymore and the issue ids will be preserved.
