There is a "checkOrder" method in "util.MathUtils" throwing an "IllegalArgumentException". I'll create the more specific NotIncreasingSequenceException NotStrictlyIncreasingSequenceException that are instances of "IllegalArgumentException". Is it OK (backward-compatible) that "checkOrder" throws these instead?
