Changes: - Upgrade maven-gpg-plugin to 1.2 from 1.1. - Replace deprecated assembly goal "attached" with "single". - Add test jar generation to the apache-release profile (with NOTICE and LICENSE files.) - Downgrade maven-remote-resources-plugin in parent to 1.0.from version 1.1 to ensure JDK 1.4 compatibility.
