Strange. Same errors as before? I assume you actually created a patch file in the 4th step above and used that file in the second to last step, right? I just made a trivial javadoc change to EigenDecomposition.java and was able to commit it with no problem, so I don't think the repo is hosed. Anyone else have any ideas on what could be causing this?
