Ni Hao Li, IMHO the only pages that have to be translated are:
* Overview[1] * Language guide[2] * Developer Guide[3] the rest are reports generated automatically. Having a downloadable PDF is fine but IMHO with modern internet connections I wonder how many people really need offline documentations...
