Hi folks, before 2 or 3 months we have voted to let BeanShell come to Commons.
There is this page: http://wiki.apache.org/incubator/BeanShellProposal But there was never a vote on the incubator list. Nor did I see any sign of life from the original authors. Actually it seems to me this project is not very active at all and it makes me feel concerned. We already have many inactive components at Commons. I was looking into the mailinglist archives of BeanShell and it does not look very active at all: https://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?forum_id=6969 I am start to doubt if we really should bring this project to Commons. Any thoughts? Maybe I am wrong and missed some important communication.
