The SVN tree at
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/
is used as the svnpubsub source for the ASF mirrors at
http://www.[eu|us].apache.org/dist

The 3rd party mirrors then fetch the files using rsync from either the
EU or US mirror.
