Hello infra, It looks like in JIRA version 7.6.3 we lost the ability to toggle off sending emails for an update because of a change in the way admin permissions are granted. Its not entirely clear to me if you can grant this level of permissions to project admins, but here’s a discussion on the matter from earlier this year:
