Avoid Code Duplication: Reuse Sleep from ThreadMonitor
It makes no sense to duplicate code, like the sleep method, just to keep
the interface private.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/DaGeRe/commons-io avoid_duplication
