Current project status: Ongoing with high activity.

## Membership Data:
Apache Commons was founded 2007-06-19 (17 years ago)
There are currently 150 committers and 44 PMC members in this project.
The Committer-to-PMC ratio is roughly 5:2.
Community changes, past quarter:
- No new PMC members. Last addition was Claude Warren on 2024-03-22.
- Piotr Karwasz was added as committer on 2024-08-27

## Community Health:
We welcomed Piotr Karwasz as a new committer. We have discussed and
