Hi all,
The apache-rat-plugin is currently bound to the validate phase and is
always executed when compiling the code or running the tests. I'd like
to suggest moving its execution to the verify phase instead to speed up
the builds when developing.
That's also how the RAT examples suggest to use the plugin to execute it
automatically [1].
What do you think?
