Hello William; Sorry for the confusion; I restored the 3.5.0 code whilst searching for a better solution, grammar bugs being finicky. The fix is the consistent behavior, annotated vs non-annotated behaving the same wrt set vs block priority, . I shall document the change - create a bug in 3.5.0 fixed by 3.6.0.
