I performed the following checks:
- Checksums match.
- Signatures are correct.
- Unit tests succeed:
Tests run: 398
Failures: 0
Errors: 0
Skipped: 11
- The artifacts are reproducible on Debian 12 with JDK 21 and the time
zone set to UTC.
- No unknown licenses appear in the RAT report.
- All API modifications in the japicmp report have corresponding
changelog entries.
+1 (binding): release the artifacts.
