All, There is an issue with the Commons Daemon 1.5.0 binaries for Windows.
I forgot to build them with "STATIC_CRT=Hybrid" so they have an unwanted dependency on vcruntime140.dll.
I think the best option is a quick 1.5.1 release. Unless anyone has a better idea, I'll start that process tomorrow.
