If we decide to use ServiceLoader, we have to think about how to configure
RDFTermFactory instances. The ServiceLoader will use the default constructor
for creating instances. This is sufficient for the SimpleRDFTermFactory, which
doesn't need any configuration. However more sophisticated implementations may
need special configuration parameters. How do we pass them to the factory after
construction?
