COMMONSRDF-20: Provide a mechanism for allowing the load of different RDF
Term Factories
As discussed in
[COMMONSRDF-20](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/COMMONSRDF-20) here is a
PR adding the possibility to use a ```ServiceLoader``` for looking up
RDFTermFactory instances.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/britter/incubator-commonsrdf COMMONSRDF-20
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/incubator-commonsrdf/pull/12.patch
