I'll merge it by Friday unless I hear otherwise :-) Then I think we would be clear to proceed with a 0.3.0 Release Candidate of Commons RDF which I'll try to do this weekend. After that I think we could look at how we can graduate into Commons PMC, perhaps just a vote here and a vote at dev@commons ?
